She has an integrative approach using a combination of soothing massage, quantum healing, and breath work to release chronic pain, overwhelming stress, and trauma stored in the body, and restore harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. She specializes in nervous system resets, energy bodywork, and 7 Subtle Body work to clear entities and repetitive mental and emotional patterns. She provides a therapeutic, intuitive, hands-on guided approach to restore balance to all parts of you. She is also a USFS vortex tour guide for 6 years, helping clients and groups connect deeply to the sacred energy of Mount Shasta for transformative spiritual experiences, including meditation, forest bathing, and ceremony. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Gestalt Therapist, Reiki Master, and Spiritual Vortex Tour Guide to facilitate deep healing and transformation. My sessions combine gentle guidance or touch, intuitive insight, and compassionate care to release energetic blockages and help clients align with their soul's purpose. I am also a Founder of the New Earth Architects community, empowering individuals to trust their inner wisdom, reconnect with their divine potential, and embrace their journey of self-discovery.
