Deep, slow and deliberate massage down the spine, vertebrae by vertebrae, to release your pinched nerves and contracted muscles as I follow your breathing to increase flexibility in your spine. This massage method is great for pain-relief, because I use Anti-Inflammatory Salve with therapeutic grade DoTerra Essential oils.
